askingaquestion Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 if a woman with a high-paying job and a child who's not a toddler but not a teenager were to seek custody, what would usually happen in the absence of other factors? there's no abuse in the marriage or anything that would make custody decisions obvious. typically, the mother ends up with the kids, but would this nontraditional arrangement make that less likely?
habs53 Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 It is assumed that custody is awarded to the moms. Thats truly a thing of the past. If the child was very young that could possibly be the case. I just won full custody of my son a few months past. Money has no bearing on who wins custody. She made more than me. Just keep records of all conversations and play the perfect parent before trial.
