Not sure about the situation. Need Assistance!

Hi, I met a girl in my English 102 class. I think she likes me, but I'm entirely sure. I sit behind her, and she must look back at me at least 5 times each class to ask me questions that we both know are easy. My class gets out at 8:30 at night, and last class she asked me if I wanted to walk her back to her dorm because it was "really scary outside". It must have taken about 20 minutes to walk there, but it felt like 5 because it was so easy to talk to her. Then she was like "Thanks for walking me back. I always hate walking alone at night." Girls don't ask just any guy to walk them back in the dark right? I'm not sure if this is all in my head or if she really does like me. The next class, I'm going to ask her if she wants me to walk her back again. If she says yes, I'll also ask her if she wants to get coffee with me sometime during the end of the walk. What do you guys think? The class is only once a week. I feel like if I don't ask this week, she'll think I'm not interested.
