I believe so they can do that because men has this on and off switch button. They can turn off their feelings and move on without even looking back if they think its the best way.

That's true across the board, it's a personality type that can do that, not necessarily a gender.

Some men AND women, could turn off their feelings and move on, but only a small number could do this.

 

 

I believe so they can do that because men has this on and off switch button. They can turn off their feelings and move on without even looking back if they think its the best way.

If a person truly cares a lot about someone but is unable to cope with a LDR then they would explain that they don't want to be in an LDR, and wouldn't just stop contact, it doesn't mean they don't care if they can't handle it/if an LDR isn't what they want.

 

I have had times where I've thought I can't be in an LDR anymore but it's because I love and miss him, not because I don't, but I wouldn't just stop talking to him, I'd tell him I was finding it hard and not sure if I can do it anymore, but we have been together nearly 3 years, so to just stop talking to him would be dishonest, cruel and heartless.

 

If you're talking about someone you've not met, or not been with for long and not invested much emotionally into the r/ship then maybe he's more likely to call it quits and walk away, if it wasn't serious anyway.
