My boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me last saturday. He has cheated before and this isn't the first time we have broken up. Plus we went through a miscarriage before. I just don't want to let any of this go. we went through too much to just let go. We weren't even fighting when he broke up with me we were actually having fun. He says he broke up with me because he doesn't want to hurt me again and he can't move forward with what he has done. I don't get it. how do i get him back? he told me to contact him in two weeks.

There is only one way for you to proceed. You MUST invest in yourself. You have to do it! You can not sit idly by waiting to see if he misses or things of you. The only thing you can do is better yourself - which will give him reason enough to regret his actions.

The logic here is simple - but so difficult to follow when it's you who is heartbroken:

- If you are viewed from a position of strenght, dignity and self-confidence, you send the message that you will be OK.

- If you are viewed from a position of pitty and devestation there will be nothing but sorrowful consideration and eventual moving on for good.

Remember this always: The moment you can prove to someone that you can live without them - you will never have to.

Good Luck.
