We messaged back a forth a few times, but I had to go out of town for the holidays. When I got back I wrote again and she apologized, telling me she had just met someone and started dating and was deleting her account. I told her that's fine, but there's no reason we couldn't be friends, and maybe she could introduce me to some of her single friends in real life. After all, I'd prefer that to a dating website anyway. She seemed to like that idea and even sent me a photo of one of her friends, and she's really cute. But she wants to meet me first before recommending me to anyone. That makes sense to me! So I'm meeting this girl this weekend. We're having drinks/dinner at a bar near my place. So my question is....how should I act? Obviously I don't want to be flirtatious cause she's already got a new guy and I don't want to seem like a creep. But I don't want to come off as a super-boring, overly-nice wishy-washy dork either. Girls hate that. Ladies, if you have any ideas on how I should present myself, I'd really like to hear them.
