Some background:

I met this girl a couple of weeks ago in a night club. We hit it off pretty quick and ended up kissing that same night. After that I didn't see her for a few weeks, I tried setting up a date once but we ended up cancelling it because she had some trouble that day. A week after we agreed to meet again in another club, and we did... we had a good time and spent most of the night kissing and dancing. This time when I tried setting up a date again and asked what happened last time, she told me she didn't like going out at night that much. So shortly after we ended up agreeing in doing something during the day.

My question:

To be honest I never went out on a date during the day, but it was alright. A little bit awkward at first but we ended up going to a park near the beach and after a while we ended up making out again. We even said we'd see each other the next day, but some last minute things got in the way. So we agreed on going out again tomorrow. But now I'm really clueless as to what to do for a date. I tried looking up some suggestions online but they were all like going to the zoo or the aquarium or a museum, I don't think those would work for us.

Any suggestions as to what would be a good thing to do? I'm thinking of going for a walk along a street that's full of small and big shops. Kinda like an outdoors mall.

Some extra info:

The way she acts is a bit puzzling to me. The second time we met she kinda clung to me, and when someone referred to me as her boyfriend she didn't even comment on it. At first I thought it was the alcohol perhaps, but then when we went out during the day she did pretty much the same, we even walked holding hands, but she was the one to do it.

Also, she's 18 and I'm 22.

She doesn't like going out at night but you met at a club...and went back to a club...? Oooookay.

This sounds fine. What's wrong with the zoo, aquarium, or museum? I think those are great day date ideas.

Other suggestions:

  • Lunch
  • Brunch
  • Ice skating
  • Art gallery
  • Rock climbing wall
  • Dave and Buster's type place
  • Movie
  • Wine tasting
  • Local festival (if any going on near you)
  • Go watch a game somewhere, if there is something on
  • Farmer's market
  • Roller skating

If it's warm where are you, coffee and a walk in the park. If it's cold, lunch at a casual place like Panera or a cafe perhaps.

To clarify and if you haven't figured out by my awful English, I'm not from the states. And while I thank and would love to try most of those suggestions. Mostly just wouldn't work due to cultural standards or aren't available. Also some extra data:

It's not warm it's freaking hot! It's summer and it's a seaside city :p

And the aquarium sort of thing, doesn't seem to be her type...

In your age range maybe check out an amusement park? Heck I'm 37 and I still like riding roller coasters. :) Plus the excitement and adrenaline will get her juices flowing and you can take her home and wear out her tang afterwards. :D
