ls32ssibm Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 They say one of the biggest markers of someone with self-respect is when they won't bother talking to people who don't make an effort to keep them in their lives. Rather, if they don't want to talk to you, don't try to talk to them. This is extremely difficult when missing an ex. Especially one who probably won't respond to you, but you get tempted to contact them anyway. 1
Emilia Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 This is extremely difficult when missing an ex. Especially one who probably won't respond to you, but you get tempted to contact them anyway. Usually indicates unfinished business otherwise they would respond and you wouldn't feel the need to contact them in the first place. In my experience they soften up over time. I've just had an email from one over LinkedIn
Drseussgrrl Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 I find it to be more a product of hard feelings. Hard feelings, self preservation, whatever. In the end it's the same. If you have no interest in being a part of my life don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya.
