Well my name is rose and iam new here. I have something to tell you. I have been curious of what my boyfriend was trying to hide all this time that i been with him. I have been with him for 2 years and i thought that he was cheating on me or something like that because he would go places where i did not know where he was. So one day i follow him just to see what bitch he was talking too

But then he was not talking to no bitch just he was going to Toy R us TO buy toys for him self. And he would play with them on the floor. lol

This was the laugh I needed today! I was wondering what type of toys does he prefer?

And now for something completely different!!!!!

Obviously I'm a "gutter rat" myself! :o:D

I'd like to know what toys he's been getting as well.

Pull yourselves together people from these fits of laughter.

Was there any signs of this before, like signs of being childish or having a child-like mind, plus how old is he? Are we talking 20s here? If i could try and salvage a positive from this, maybe he is in touch with his child side and roots.

Anyway, do Not take his kid toy fetish seriously. Don't let it affect you're relationship at all. ;)

I don't know why he would be afraid to play with kids toys. Or embarresed to hide that he does. That is funny.

I remember my friends and I going into Toys R Us (Yes. It is in Australia) when we were like 15, 16 years old and playing with Toys. Rollerblades and stuff. That was before we got kicked out.

I somtimes check out my friends kids toys and I'm in my 20's. Just thinking the toys now are so much better then what we had. You can't help but play with them. Lol. Haven't been to Toys R Us in years. I should point out.

I agree with Mezdar. Maybe he is just in touch with his inner child. I wouldn't dump a guy over this. Or let it affect the relationship either.

I understand why he might be embarassed.

If that isn't a put-down nothing is.

Try to salvage a positive?! Toy fetish?! Wha'fu? :)

Maybe my mind was the only one that did not go into the gutter when I read your post title. I knew exactly what you were talking about!

Toy R Us T-shirts come in adult sizes for a reason! :D

What line of work is your bf in? Toys stimulate creativity and calm anxieties. I am in a room with very expensive computer equipment built for graphics and movie-making, and looking at an erector set, a toy cannon, airplane, Robot model (from Lost in Space), and a whole host of other toys and games, and a keychain that hangs on the monitor. It's of Napoleon with his hand inside his jacket. When you pull on the key ring, his hand lifts out of his jacket and he is giving the single-fingered salute!

Sometimes my husband plays with toys to relax his mind when he is stressed or bored, sometimes as he's playing his creative juices kick-in. It also makes it easier to buy christmas and birthday gifts for him! :)
