I don't think it's ok at all....but I do think that if a woman puts herself into that set of circumstances, she stands a good chance of getting hurt and she should have enough brains to realize this. If not, then it's her bed and she should lie in it. Hopefully she'll learn from it and she won't allow herself to be taken advantage of again.

moose, i don't think you're a terrible person at all. you misunderstand. i do think you are saying dangerous things that would let a MAN WHO ALREADY HAS A TENDANCY TO BE BRUTAL AND HAVE POWER AND DOMINANCE ISSUES to think it's okay for him to do what he does when you say things like:

"You should expect that a man is going to lust after you and would want to have sex with you after the way you acted. I don't even know if I'd call it rape, I really don't know what I'd call it at all! A man would expect it is what I'm trying to say I guess."

the part i think you should NOT be saying is that you don't even know if you'd call it rape. if a woman says no and a man does it anyway, it's rape. don't say you wouldn't call it rape. brutal men will use that as an argument that what they did wasn't wrong.

i agree that women should be more careful and use common sense. but some women are stupid! that still doesn't excuse a man to rape her. i'm not even saying you think it does but i'm saying that some of your words sound like excuses for a man's brutality.

I'm Just trying to say that all of these circumstances put together is a recipe for disaster, that women should be more alert to it, and not to put themselves in harms way. Geeeeeeez!!!

If you read the whole sentence, slowly, and dissect it, you'll see that what I was talking about is how a man would expect certain things after a woman teases him all night. That's not called rape, like I said, I don't know what the proper term would be, maybe breach of contract? Writing a bad check?, heck I don't know. But I certainly wasn't saying that she should expect to be raped.

I apologize for the lack of making it clear. I certainly don't want anyone thinking I'm justifying rape by any means.
