gd1039 Posted August 27, 2004 Posted August 27, 2004 Well, after a seemingly to short summer, the semester is starting on Monday. I detest going back, but I am trying to be optimistic about it. I have been having terrible luck for more time than I would like to admit finding a girlfriend, so hopefully things will change soon. I'm tired of hearing people say "ohh there are tons of girls in college you will meet one blah blah blah". Yes there are a lot of girls to be met, but guess what, Ive been there for 2 years and it has sucked. So, now I'm halfway through school haven't met a decent girl yet (yes I have had girlfriends, but not since high school) and got my fingers crossed that I can meet a great girl. I am beyond bored, lonely, and depressed. Im not just looking for some f*uck buddy, I want a real girlfriend. Someone I can hang out with and watch movies, go out with, and just have fun being around her. I'm not asking for the world....
faux Posted August 27, 2004 Posted August 27, 2004 Firstly, focus on your school again. Secondly, join a few clubs. Hang out where other people hang out, or join a few study groups. Meeting friends is fairly easy, and the more friends you make, the greater the possibility of a networked love connection may be. I met my current girlfriend through my best friend.
