Echo000 Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 I cant get those nasty, negative obsessive thoughts out of my head It has been 13 days no contact. Im a strong man, but feeling trapped in my head. And yes, I work out, am about to start therapy (have done so in the past), and study in college. I do stay busy.
H3Drvr Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Try meditation or prayer. I'm not some new age religious freak or junky, far from it. I haven't set foot in church for decades but I have been going when no one is there, it's just me and the Man, one on one in a quiet church. I talk and he just listens. I cry without judgement. I don't know if anything will come of it but it helps me ease my restless heart. I've been using it for the past 4 weekends and it does wonders for the soul.
