skylark100 Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Ok, so I am home, and she texts me that I should come and watch the halftime show and 2nd half of the super bowl with her. We have only been out toghether once. Should I be expecting sex tonight? I don't feel ready, and want to go slow. First opinions on if I am way over reading this, and second....how do I get out of sex nicely? ..I'm still going over to the Walgreens on my way over lol
meeji Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 just tell her that you want to take things slowly, as you said here. If she really likes you she will be understanding. I have to say, it is usually the other way around but there is nothing wrong with that at all. Good luck and have a good time!
in_absentia Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Just tell her you want to wait. You don't have to justify yourself to her. If she likes you for 'you' then it won't bother her, it might even make her want you more! Or she might stop dating you because she's embarassed that she tried to hook up and you rejected her. The most important thing is not to do something you'd not ready for or comfortable with.
pbjbear Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Relax. Despite what people on here say, not every single person who invites you to their place expects sex. I have had that happen to me so I try not to go to someones place before 4 dates or so but sometimes it happens and we have nothing else to do. I have had many guys not pressure me for sex when I go over on date 2 or 3... If she expects you to do it (this is the next day so its hindsight) just say no...
candie13 Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 hang out, have a beer and some chips and enjoy the game. you can ask if there are other people coming to her place to watch the game and if she's fine with alcohol / food. keep it relaxed IMO, if a girl wants sex, she'll be sending you some more steamy text to get you hot... I'm with pbjbear on this one.
