Well not per se but inadvertantly. Somehow, i accidentally accessed my ex's facebook account without trying. Of course it hasn't helped me as there she was with her new lover right on the front.

I blocked her 4 months ago but in a weak moment a month later sent her another friend request. She messaged me and said it probably wasn't a good idea if she accepted. I said so be it. Its probably better for me anyway.

Just today, i was messing with my privacy settings on the FB mobile app on android. I saw "restricted" under my friends tab with a (5) next to it. Curious, i clicked on it and there in all its glory my ex's profile popped up. I have never restricted anyone on FB? Thats why i was curious what it was? If i don't want you on facebook, i just block or unfriend you or never accept your friend request.

Now i am trying to learn how to get her off this so i am not tempted to keep clicking on it. Please dont tell me to delete FB. I would love to but i have a home based business and i really rely on my contacts with it....

Click her page and block her. If you didn't contact her, you didn't break NC.

Thats just it..i haven't had any contact with her in over 3 months. Not sure how she ended up on my restricted list? I will try to block her. I don't see a way on her page but maybe i can through my privacy settings. She has a different email she uses for FB and i am not sure what it is...

Go to her page, on the little thing that says friends it'll be a drop down menu where you can add her, or block at the bottom. Good thing about FB is, people cannot see when you view their page. So just do that. You got this :) and let the NC continue.

Ok thanks! I will try this. A friend of mine said she may have accepted my friend request and then placed me on "restricted" so she could still view me but i can't view her? I have never heard of such a thing but i am not the most FB savvy. If its true, i don't want her viewing my page as it could lead to a break in the NC...
