ConfusedBrain Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 We broke up 2 days ago a year and 20 days together. I ended things cause things were crushing us both, too many breakups and make ups. I love her still and she was my best friend but she wants me to never talk to her again. So tonight I got a message from a friend saying my ex was posting on her social pages that she just wants to die and that thanks to me she will never be ok again. I want to help her through this but I can't she won't talk to me. She has so many issues and now she keeps posting crazy things like she was meant to die. I cried when I read all that stuff....I feel so damn helpless it hurts. I don't know what to do......I'm so scared she might end her life....

She has probably asked, or told her friend to communicate her feelings to you, because she can tell you've not been following her social pages yourself. She's pulling every trick in the book to get you to take note.... The relationship was badly flawed and repeatedly dysfunctional. But she cannot put all the responsibility for her feelings on you - she has to take that on herself and grow up. Please don't reply by making justifications, elaborating, explaining, or clarifying. Stay No Contact, and don't talk to her friend, either. Okay?
