Hi everyone, I'd like to share with you my first song that I've ever released. It's called "cupid's bow" and has a Valentine's day theme to it. Maybe it can help put you into the romantic spirit for the upcoming holiday and keep that warm feeling between you and your loved one blooming.

 

I'm new to this forum, but maybe I'll get to know some of you and will be able to stick around and chat. I'll try to reply to any comments or questions in this thread. So if there's anything you'd like to say or ask, please do!

I think if you rerecorded it with less falsetto, and a slower tempo with more acoustic guitar it would be better.

 

Did you do the video? What software did you use?

Haha ya I rushed the production to try to get the song out by valentine's day so I thought the video came out better than the vocal, which could have been a bit better. It is a tad too much falsetto I agree. It's a little rough because I don't really get much of a chance to practice singing where I live. I made the video mostly with windows movie maker. Ironically, I originally wrote the song in a down tempo, but I guess that maybe all execution has its compromises. Thanks for calling it "nifty" hehe, I haven't heard that one in a quite a while. It's a neat word.
