As for myself, I'm a boob guy, so I don't think that it would matter too much overall. I haven't had the experience with fake so I take what I just said with a bit of salt, though my ex had huge breasts that had a little sag. The overall experience wasn't lessened really.

As many other posters said, a lift would probably be all you needed. Look at your options and see what each will do before making any choice. As for being judgmental, the only way I would be judgmental would be if the girl I was with refused to let me play with them.

Real over fake any day. Just get a lift.

Obviously losing them to cancer doesn't count.

Not going through with anything, not even a consult, but I believe to get a lift, you still need implants. I could be wrong, but that's what I've heard.

Nope, you don't. Mastopexy (lift) can be done with or without implants. Also, there are a variety of different lift procedures. All of them are major surgeries though and should be viewed as such. There's no such thing as a little boob surgery. A lot of posters who are telling you to just get a lift don't seem to be aware of the fact that this is a huge surgery... much bigger than a "basic" augmentation.

You might want to look up mastopexy on youtube so you can see exactly how it's done and know what to expect. You will not be leaving the surgical suite with pretty breasts. There will be lots and lots of stitches and, in most cases, very large incisions.

I'm not advocating you do anything, other than just leave well enough alone, but the concerns you originally voiced regarding implants aren't really an issue anymore.

I think the real concern is whether you want to voluntarily sign on for what is a big, brutal physical procedure. Also, the scars that can form with mastopexy are significant and they will be quite visible for a very long time even if you do heal well.

Men, would you prefer natural, saggy Cs or fake, hard, plastic perky Cs?

I don't think I've had personal experience of either... but I'd prefer the ones that the woman was happy with. Dating (or having naked fun times) with a woman who isn't happy with her body is a serious buzz-kill.

So, if you're making some changes, please make sure you're doing it for you.

Again I say. Real over fake, unless one was a victim of cancer or a bad accident. If its done merely for vanity reasons, I wouldnt give the girl a chance. Just being honest. And this sucks for me when you consider how many fitness type girls go off and get breast implants after their body fat percentage is down.

Women werent meant to have large breasts on a thin body. Nature doesnt work like that. And this Western obession with unrealistic female bodies is just stupid.

Thank god for Crossfit women though. Plenty of those fitness type gals still have real breasts. I just dont know where to find them where I live. OP...I say stay as you are. Even if your sagging C's were miniscule As..(which happens to many Crossfitters)..Id still like you are you are.

Your breasts dont make up your entire body. DY made a lot of good points about societal pressures on women and their appearance. It wasnt a man hater post as one numbskull tried to point out.

Im turned off by people who place such a high emphasis on looks so breast implants would be a turnoff for me.

Its one thing if it was due to a sickness, accident or something really wrong with them...or the case of losing alot of weight and needing a lift due to skin issues...but otherwise no. Alot of people with perfectly fine boobs get implants for no reason

My body fat % is around 20% and I got B cups almost C cups so I feel lucky I didnt have to sacrifice my boobs for my body fat % but I have a few friends who got thin and thought about boob implants and some got them. I live in NYC, they are kinda common here since vanity is big here. Some of these girls could have been fine with what they had (really...padded bras exist if youre that worried for a night out) but now they look phony

Im more into looking proportional

This made me smile. :) Us CrossFitters are pretty amazing, huh? I have never met such a great group of people that share your determination and help motivate/push you to reach your fitness goals and transform your health. I forgot that my old boobs also came with a big belly and potential health problems in the future; I should be proud of my deflated balloons! Thanks Kaylan.

I dont think whoever said that society and men put so much pressure on women to look perfect is a manhater...its the truth.

When you are thin you arent supposed to have huge C's and D's. Few people have the genes for that body shape and they are the lucky ones, but most people are supposed to be proportionate.

Nowadays women have to be worrying about being skinny and having huge boobs...anyone with some fitness knowledge realizes those things dont go together naturally...

I wish more women knew how much many guys loved small proportional boobs. They are cute and more than enough to play with. My ex was a petite girl and had Bs..and even if she worked out more and got down to As shed still have a hot body.

Ive been known to purposefully look for small breast porn at times btw.

Natural is so much better. I've been with a women who had kids, and they were not perky like a 18 year olds by any means but still very nice and better then implants any day. At this point I wouldn't date someone who had implants, now later on in life if it was someone in her 40's it might be a different story but doubtful. A womens body doesn't have to be perfect to like it.

I'm more concerned with the health issues for my partner. I'm not a bit tit freak in the first place--being attracted much more to nice hips, ass and appealing face. But some women have self esteem issues that breast implants give them a boost with (pun intended). I guess I could look at ti this way, if she's the kind that really wants her boobs to be a big part of sex but they are patently ugly, I'm for cosmetic surgery if she is. I wouldn't initiate pushing her to get it though. That has to start with her.

My husband thinks fake boobs are gross, though he loves naturally busty women.

I have been blessed with a large and shapely bust. :bunny:

I did not have this chest when I was thin.

I prefer flatties:bunny:

how I fought droop - bra story -

hold one tit up, then measure you tit from the nipple vertically down to the lower crease - then buy a bra whose cup-size measures the same from the front point to the seam, boned bra only, you should be able to fit yout tits in and then lean forward to check that your tits are supported, tighten the straps right up then make sure your tits are not squashed in any way and sleep in the bra too - live in it for three months - do not trust bra-fitters in shops so much

I just like the fact that you call them tits

I've known women who were thin with large breasts. The reason they were thin is because their breasts would have been huge otherwise, so they dieted down. One had arms and legs like twigs and she was still busty. She wanted a reduction but didn't have health insurance which would have paid for it.

Nope, large breasts sag and get lifted with no implants.

I do have fake, and recently had a lift.

This reminds me of watching older movies before breast implants were so popular. In nude scenes, breasts looked kind of saggy. I once made that comment and my dad overheard it. He told me "That's what natural breasts look like. Breasts are not supposed to stand up like beach balls, you know"

It's true. I'm 48 so when my ass falls down, I'm going to look bizarre naked.

Mina, could you possibly understand though that when men say things that all she needs is a lift, that it doesn't exactly make a girl feel more free and open with her body? It is a little bit of a contradiction to say that she might need a lift but you'd also be judgemental if a girl felt insecure about her sag.

Ive always been a smaller boob guy. Ill admit part of that reason is knowing they wont sag as much as the larger ones do with age. Either way, working out helps keep things perked up for longer.

Wish more women knew this instead of doing all that cardio and not building up muscle like they should. And then when its too late people go the surgery route.

Hell, Ive started to drink a lot more water and eat better recently so I can age well.

Working out does wonders to prevent that. Or at least slow down the process.

Yes it does , I work out every single day and have for 20 years but that won't stop nature from happening. I have no issue at all with aging gracefully and no qualms about a little help here and there.

Not insulting anybody but I have never been into plastic women.
