And she pretends that she doesn't know that i like her. One of my female friends told me that, she told her on the phone, "I don't want him to waste time on me"(exactly the same words). But, i don't think im wasting any of my time at all. I always message her everyday, and she replies back too. And, the girl that i like, has a best friend that she always talk to about almost anything. And, it just so happens that best friend hates me due to past events we had together. So, the point of this thread, is that i really want her to like me back. But, i'm guessing her best friend is kinda cock blocking me (saying **** about me). So, i have a question, should i start ignoring the girl i like for a week or so? But wouldn't this make it so her best friend would say that " he doesn't love you truly, you should stop thinking about him. He's a jerk, that is what jerks do etc.." Just suddenly ignoring her for a week makes you look like a jerk and like you're playing games. She's not interested in you like that, her comment about you wasting time is evident, but she's too nice to directly tell you. Another option is have courage and ask her out on a date without it being mistaken for a hang out, and get your direct answer then and there by her reaction. Edited February 2, 2013 by RachR

This is why constant pursuit of a woman that has no interest in you doesn't work. If she FZ you, then leave her. Completely cut ties. Any girl that FZ me, I tell them straight up, either we have something here, or we have nothing here. I am not settling for anything else. Don't be a chump and settle for the friendzone. There are other women that deserve your time.

Think about another girl that was interested in you that you had absolutely no interest in dating. What would you say to her if no matter how many times you showed her you had no interest, she thought you really were interested but just didn't know it yet? What would it mean if you said she was wasting her time? Honestly, if you had any interest in a woman would your friends talking badly about her make you want her more or less? Her friend is not c-blocking you, she is c-blocking you.
