RILEY82 Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 This girl at work used to be chatty to people and happy joking but the past few weeks she has become quiet and distant to all the staff. It's not like her. She was talking to me until i found out she has a b/f. She told people to keep it from me. I asked her if she is ok as she don`t talk she said i am fine thank you. At breaks she used to come out side and talk to us but now she only comes out after we all finished break.

GG3 Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 My guess is that you may be making her uncomfortable. Whatever is wrong with her isn't your business. She doesn't want to share it with you. People have the right to decide who they want to open up to and you have to respect it if they don't want to do that with you. 1
