As a young guy, still in high school, I'd say pants that fall below the butt are awful and not really a look that the girls I know like. But guess what? Pants that fit on the waist are just as awful. Ideally, the pants should rest on the hips. Yes, even pants for a suit. Maybe for a tux it should fit on the waist. Edited February 1, 2013 by chex

And to answer you, no, I don't find it attractive or fashionable, at all.
