It's true! I have been fooling myself thinking I was a special case with my experiance in BU's. I figured I could keep the limited contact going and be that one that figured it out. Well I finally decided tonight after my ex text me, to simply ask her the question of "one day?" in the future? Not the answer I was expecting came next. So we talked. Pretty much the same conversation everyone here has had. I kept it light and comfortable. It's just me to be very laid back. She didn't understand why I couldn't be her friend. That actually helps me knowing that she doesn't get it.

 

So I just got off FB after blocking her, removing old posts, deleteing all text, deleteing all pics. The whole shibang. I'm all in so please let me know if I have forgotten something. I do have one last dilema, that I have to get my furniture out of her garage in a few weeks but I'll drive off that bridge when I get to it.

 

Thank you. Thank you to everyone. I only wish I wasn't so stuborn and would have listened the first time!

You had to experience it and make your own decision. At least you can't second guess yourself now, no more "what if".
