todreaminblue Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 yep agree with superb lead the way .....she also could have problems expressing her emotions because she is shy or reserved, she is letting you know before hand that she isnt doing this to appear disinterested or that she is disinterested, give her time and lead the way......

I on the other hand operate opposite and scare them all away. I wish I could appear vacant and cold. She'll probably be an interesting mystery to unravel and get to know

She'll probably be an interesting mystery to unravel and get to know Smilin I tend to do that with the guys i do like and appear goofy..luckily that doesnt happen very often...so maybe that's why the guys who ask me out are ones i am not attracted too.....its a riddle superb....i think ill just disassociate and go into hibernation again...become an outback llama farmer...riddles give me headaches...i over analyse......;0)....deb 1

When a woman is reserved it sometimes could mean that was the way she was bought up, to tell the truth if a woman is reserved and you sense a levy holding the damn back, there is probably a justified reason why that levy is there the fact is she told you that she is one to hold back,up front and personal... that's a good thing, she is sharing with you so you understand her......she wants you to be able to understand her....give her time and lead the way and you should be right, if she retreats from you dont take it as something is wrong, let her collect her thoughts and feel positive in time she will let you know what she feels or thinks....best wishes....deb

If it's the same as with a girl I dated last year but I would say YES, you must lead the way. If she cannot express feelings easily then she finds it difficult to just open up quickly and you need to make her feel more comfortable. She won't want to feel like you know more about her than she knows about you. Ask questions to get her talking and show you are interested but don't press too hard for answers. Also, offer her stories about yourself, she'll feel more comfortable if she feels like she knows you well. 1
