silvermercy Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I don't think women started going lesbian (at least I hope not. lol). But I think it's a very common thing to say: "I wish I was a lesbian".
amaysngrace Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Someone on here said there were more lesbian women than gay men. That's kind of bad and doesn't bode well for the guys. I agree. That doesn't sound good for you guys at all.
Treasa Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I'm not lesbian, but I've always been bisexual. The thought of someone going lesbian just because a few guys haven't worked out is a little insulting. You aren't a lesbian, bi, etc. if you aren't actually into girls. I love cock. I also really like naked women. It's good to be me.
StanMusial Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Well I'm in highschool so people haven't really sorted out their sexuality, but my present girlfriend has gone out with and had sex with girls before. She says I'm a bit like a girl in bed. Don't know if that's good or bad. That's bad. 1
tigressA Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 When I was in high school there was a subset of girls who 'turned' lesbian and started dating each other. The prevailing rumor-as-reason was that they couldn't find boyfriends as they were largely considered to be physically unattractive and obnoxious.
AlexDP Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Well I'm in highschool so people haven't really sorted out their sexuality, but my present girlfriend has gone out with and had sex with girls before. Feelin Frisky Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 No, the pickings aren't that bad. Women will always love men. It's just more socially acceptable for women to experiment, or even consider experimenting, with their sexuality. Most of these women 1) don't follow through with it or 2) do follow through with it and realize that women are just as annoying as men and go back to their default hetero setting or 3) were lesbians all along and just weren't happy with men because they were sleeping with the wrong flavour humans or 4) are truly bisexual and will go back and forth between males and females for the rest of their lives. Men and women get equally exasperated with one another. The world just isn't ready for a male population that says "that's it! I've had it with women, think I'll just take it up the bum instead!" Women get an extra pass for, words fail me, weirdness. But I think your post covers most of the issues very well. We don't question when they (females) dance together, or lean on each other, or brush or stroke eachother's hair, or go to the ladies room at the same time. These are all things most of men just take for granted as "feminine" and they don't compute because of the strong and restrictive gender roles established for men which don't include any of this touchy-feely kind of behaviour. I first noticed it in grade school when on their birthdays one girl would sit behind another and affix wrapped candy and unopened bubble gum to the locks of hair of the girl in front of her. I used to think "Jesus Christ, what's that all about" but then as I grew I saw the double standard in many other iterations. Nowadays with all the media and sensationalism there are more dramas that involve women going all the way with women, but I don't avail myself of commercialism and it's partner, sensationalism. What anyone else does is their own business and I just concern myself with whom I meet and it will come up rather soon if we seem to be connecting. I won't have someone bi. It just hurts too much for me personally to find myself number 2 in my marriage-level relationships at times behind a third party. Had it happen once involvin a hird party female and it shattered my ego in ways that were insufferable to me. I don't care in a F-buddy kinda thing, but not with my soulmate.
pbjbear Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Women going to "lesbian town" = Men are *******s Sorry its blunt but its true. Maybe women are tired of men's emotional immaturity and selfish ways... There are some evil women out there, but I know far more caring, empathetic, NICE women than men Many "nice" men are typical men when you get to know them, when they put their guard down, and when you settle into a relationship with them
yongyong Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Those Lesbians are not like those ones from porns. (that's what I thought before coming to this country) They are not even average girls. they are worse than average in looks IMO. When I see a lesbian couple, I don't feel bad bad at all because I wouldn't be interested in manly looking women anyways even if she was on the market.
Art_Critic Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Let them all go lesbian.. sooner or later they will come around looking for some man action and it will a 2 for 1 deal for us men.. we become the benefactors..
sweetkiwi Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 So funny you posted this Nate. Recently I met a gooooorgeous Cuban woman. Tall long hair dances amazing. I told her she was my girlfriend and I gave her my number.... Next day she's blowing me up like crazy. She barely speaks Italian I barely speak Italian. So texting is difficult at best. Anyway she flipped out because I took ten minutes to write her back. Moral of the story: I can't handle women or men behaving like this. But yeah a majority of my girlfriends are bi sexual and one is even engaged to her girlfriend of three years. I completely understand the emotional reasons why some women would want to be bi or lesbian. But that's not a switch you can just flip.

Women are soft and beautiful. Let's be fair, even the best looking guys aren't beautiful. They're handsome. But true beauty in a man? That rarely happens. 2. Being bi as a woman is culturally accepted. Hell, it's even encouraged. It's quite the opposite for men. 3. I could never be interested in men that way, but the fact that dark rooms and awful awful barebacking stories exist, really does not help either.

Well, you are gorgeous, so I can understand her reasoning:cool: And yes, the switch flipping is my problem. Isn't that more of a fear of being let down again, then legitimately 'joining the other team'? That's what it seems like to me.

Clockwork Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 No, there aren't more women going lesbian. It just seems that way. How often have you heard a woman say "I experimented in college"? Now, how often have you heard a man say the exact same thing (crickets). Women do that more for whatever reason? Why? Alcohol, plain and simple and men pushing them into that situation. This is why girls kiss each other at bars, to impress men. You just don't see two guys doing that in the hopes to impress a girl. So it just appears that way 1
