MrNate 2.0 Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 So I'm currently talking to a woman friend of mine who is considering going lesbian because she keeps getting her heart broken. The problem is she's like the fourth woman I know that is considering/have done this. I just have to ask: Ladies, are the pickings among us studs that bad??

I have to ask...how do you meet these women???
Author MrNate 2.0 Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 1 woman you kinda know who MIGHT be going lesbian = alarming worldwide trend. Anything else there genius? Except for the part where i said 'like four'. But good try on being cool. You'll get that like count up in due time. I promise. 3
chex Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Well I'm in highschool so people haven't really sorted out their sexuality, but my present girlfriend has gone out with and had sex with girls before. She says I'm a bit like a girl in bed. Don't know if that's good or bad.
Author MrNate 2.0 Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 I have to ask...how do you meet these women??? Well, how most people meet most people, generally. Not sure how this is pertinent to the question.
fortyninethousand322 Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Someone on here said there were more lesbian women than gay men. That's kind of bad and doesn't bode well for the guys.

monicaelise Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 No, the pickings aren't that bad. Women will always love men. It's just more socially acceptable for women to experiment, or even consider experimenting, with their sexuality. Most of these women 1) don't follow through with it or 2) do follow through with it and realize that women are just as annoying as men and go back to their default hetero setting or 3) were lesbians all along and just weren't happy with men because they were sleeping with the wrong flavour humans or 4) are truly bisexual and will go back and forth between males and females for the rest of their lives. Men and women get equally exasperated with one another. The world just isn't ready for a male population that says "that's it! I've had it with women, think I'll just take it up the bum instead!" 7
Author MrNate 2.0 Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 It's a common thing to say, not a trend. Well, a few of those legitimately have done it already. Maybe I should've included it in the thread. Needless to say, it's becoming concerning.

That's a very good point, ME. Maybe that's why you don't really hear it so much on the male side. So it seems like it's only just women..huh. Thanks for the input.

I've had it with women, think I'll just take it up the bum instead!" ^^This. My observation has been that women have much greater freedom to experiment with their sexuality and gender expression than men do. Simply observe the existence of the womans suits and non existence of the mens dress to realize that is true. The phenomena has been seen as one of a woman being a lesbian while in college or until she decides she wants a husband (and/or babies).
SmileFace Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 (edited) Hell no. I will go a-sexual before lesbian What can I say? I love the D Haha Plus a women can break your heart too. What is she going to go to next? A dog? She needs to fix herself before blaming a whole gender truthfully. No one should actually choose to be gay. You either are or not. veggirl Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 How does one just "go" lesbian? Do these chicks you know actually have romantic/sexual feelings for women, or are they just talking s.hit? There are other ways of dealing with a broken heart...how weird, I've never heard of anyone just deciding to "go" gay. If they are picking loser men to date, what makes them think they won't pick loser women to date once they are lesbo? 4
MrCastle Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Some chick tried to tell me that garbage and I shot it down. She was like "well the only reason I have a gf is because there are no good guys anymore!" I was like "Stop right there. You know that's b***s***." She laughed and said "well, whatever!" You don't just decide to have sex with the same sex. No matter how bad it gets with me and women, I'm never gonna say "well I guess I'll go gay". It's a cop out. Immature people use that line as an excuse to experiment. It's more socially acceptable to try and blame other people for your problems (in this case; an entire gender) than say "i'm experimenting" 3
KungFuJoe Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Well, how most people meet most people, generally. Not sure how this is pertinent to the question. It was a rhetorical question. But no need to worry. Women are not "going lesbian" in mass droves. In fact, you can't "go” one way or the other. You are born straight or gay.
ChessPieceFace Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I think men don't do it as much because for men, being gay in any way is inherently contrary to their masculinity. For women, not nearly as much. Just look at how often men police their friends' behavior or interests. Can't like any music or sports or entertainment that's effeminate, or you will get ripped on by your so-called friends. I like what interests I want and I have to go out of my way to let every guy know I don't give a !@$^ what their opinion is. I have excluded guys from my network of friends who were particularly closed-minded about it, making fun of things I like. The friends I have left know I won't stand for it.
tbf Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 For women, going bi or lesbian is a pop culture fad that's driven by porn since porn consuming men go ga-ga at the thought of a possible threesome. If porn were to steer away from bisexuality, lesbianism and threesomes, it's near guaranteed that within a decade, this trend would greatly reduce, leaving bi and lesbianism to women who really are sexually oriented that way. 2
Ruby Slippers Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I thought about it for like 5 minutes after my last big heartbreak. And quickly realized I am just not into women, and I am very into men, so I'll have to find a way to live with one of you somehow 1
Woggle Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 My friend who is a real lesbian had her heart broken by a woman like this who met a guy and all of a sudden decided men aren't so bad after all. Rarely do they ever take a look at themselves and ask if maybe they are the problem. They will just have the same drama with women and probably still blame everybody else. 2

Now the question is, can heart breaks really trigger a change in sexuality? (Most of them already at least one child btw.)
charlietheginger Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 These 4 women are trying to tell you politely they Dont want to have sex with you. OP "lets have drinks" Girl "no" OP " lets hangout sometime" Girl "ahh yea sometime" OP " we still on for dinner" Girl " yea ahh btw i think im lesbian"

Right, so it must be equally valid to say that the previous 'pop culture fad' was women having heterosexual sex, since consuming men were going gaga for that. So if porn were to steer clear of heterosexual sex, it must be near guaranteed that within a decade, the trend would greatly reduce, leaving most women to revert to their natural state of being asexual. You can speed the process up with wedding cake
crude Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 No worries. Women are always going to need suckers to pay for them and die for them.
