Leonshark Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Hi im 16 almost 17 and throughout my teen life i have had some mild acne on my face. Im a really sweet guy loving caring and from what i hear really funny with the ladies. I play football and im damn good at it and not to boast but my body is pretty nice. The only thing that i think holds me back from relationships is my acne. What do you guys think about acne?
Author Leonshark Posted January 29, 2013 Author Posted January 29, 2013 I have always had acne from 14-18 at a point it was REALLY bad, women don't give much crap about if you are caring at this age it's 90% looks. But to answer: a little won't ruin much i think but bad acne is a total deal breaker. its not bad buts its noticeable
chrisftw Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 nobody has perfect complexion. look at the prettiest girls faces. even they have breakouts. a few here and there no problem especially if their small. i always get random breakouts only like one or two zits. my face is about 95% clear almost 100% of the time. after a breakout i'll go months with smooth complexion. the only thing i battle daily is having oily skin because you get all shiny periodically.
MrCastle Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 I've had some bad breakouts in my day. I've seen guys with bad acne get girls though. I think 50% is girls caring about it and 50% guys being shy, insecure, etc about it and in turn, hurts their chances. If you are confident, I think your odds are better. I've seen the classic nerdy guy with acne not get girls, but then I'll see the cool confident guy who has acne get girls. Also depends on the chick. Some girls are going to care more than others, like with anything else.
