maybe but the exact line in the script is "when you are in love with a married man, you shouldn't wear mascara."

 

btw, tiara, there was also a line in the movie about shirley's broken mirror. lemmon looked in her mirror and told her it was broken. she said she knew but she liked it that way. that way she could look just like she felt.

it's a WONDERFUL movie. i don't think you'll feel like crap after watching it. i think it might make you think a little bit about your situation but it isn't at all judgemental towards OW. you could always read the script. it's online.
