I prefer girls 'cuter' than you. No offense. I think all the women here think us bitter guys all go after women like Miss J and avoid the average gals. I think that's pretty far from the truth. Ok, I in no way think I am above average when it comes to looks. As I said, makeup and knowing how to dress oneself is a great thing to know. I am "thick-er" than most women actually.

As big as my ego is (and it is exceptionally large) I don't feel the need to be validated by who's on my arm. I know what's waiting for me under her clothes when we go home. I don't need the whistling and approval (and possibly inflammatory remarks) from other men to make me feel like I got a catch. I know she's a catch. That is an interesting outlook, and I honestly think that is exactly the way my boyfriend views it, which is flattering.

It probably subconsciously helps that you're a pretty nice poster too. But you're not who I'm referring to when I say 'average woman', at all.

If you are dressing up specifically for a party/event or if you are doing it to tease whoever you are with, then it's alright. I would be wary of the woman who dresses like that at all times, because that is advertising that you are "available" to all. I had a former friend of mine who changed drastically to get her now ex husband to be his dream woman. I was shocked to see how slutty she was dressing when she was with him. It obviously was what he wanted, but he didn't treat her with too much respect. It's ok to have your little "alone time" if you know what I mean, but not in public.

If you aren't attractive enough, with the right body, dressing like op is just going to make you look worse. It's like if a fat dude tried to wear a tailor fitted shirt or skinny jeans.

In the end, it's not the dress, it's about how you wear it - nothing more horrible than a self-conscious girl who keeps pulling her dress down (or up) because it shows too much skin.
