cobra123 Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 My new girlfriend is 19, before me she had a bf for 5 months, then broke up with him and 2 days later dated a guy for 2 weeks, then same thing broke up with him and dated another guy for 2 weeks, then 2 days later she had a one night stand with a friend, then a day later met me we have been together for 3 months, then we took a month break where she was with 3 different guys sexually, then 2 days later we are back together and now she just left me for a new man and they have been together for a month, i know she is young but is this just what young girls do or is there a problem here, we have been talking again and she says she might want to come back to me, but needs time to see. what should i do I'm a 30 year old male and don't want to get hurt anymore even though i really care for her and would love her to come back.
Tony T Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 She is an insecure 19-year-old, fickle as well. She's certainly not ready for a long term relationship. She also likes variety. Until she meets the absolute right guy under perfect circumstances when she is ready to settle down to one man, she will continue her playing ways. You are eleven years older than her and your head is in a much different place. You would be very, very wise to move on from this playin' little lady and go find you someone with a more stable head. If you like the young ones, there are many who are not this way. Find one!
BehindBlueEyes Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 19 is too young and you're 30. It isn't going to work with this girl no matter what you do. I know a 20 year old that is the complete opposite...you would swear she is in her 40's....so smart, caring and never ever would be unfaithful. They are out there, most are like the one you describe(I think) and I think you should look for someone a bit older...around 24 or older.
