malxme Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 My bf of nearly 3 years dumped me two months ago. I was gutted, I begged and pleaded and all round made a fool of myself. He wanted to stay friends so I tried but couldn't do it when he treated me like a pretty terrible friend and it hurt too much. 5 days ago I told him it hurt too much for me to be around him and went no contact. Then today he texts me asking if my friend was texting me a lot last night. Confused I asked the friend what my ex was talking about and was told he was out partying and my friend saw him. 1. It isn't like my ex AT ALL to go partying and 2. My instincts tell me he was out with his ex whom I caught him flirting with while we were still together. My friend who spotted him wont confirm or deny if my ex was there with HIS ex, which makes me think yes they were there together. My question is why would he contact me and say that? Was he trying to make me jealous or just making conversation? I miss him terribly and not texting him is extremely hard. Why text me at all about such a trivial thing? I don't get it. First I've heard from him in the 5 days I went no contact.

It is hard...I feel for you. But don't play his childish games. Dear, block his #, you are allowing yourself to be hurt by leaving open avenues for him to talk. 1
