HeinekenCoC Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 My ex girlfriend, we'll call her D, and I were eachother's first relationship. I was he first boyfriend and she was my first girlfriend. We were together for four months and broke up due to me being immature and nitpicking at stuff she did. Even though I was her first boyfriend, she had talked to other guys and I criticized her for that (lol I was 18 and stupid okay?) lol. Anyway we breakup and I beg for her back, etc and basically push her away. We dont talk for like two months, and we subsequently start talking at the start of Fall Semester again. She messages me saying she said things she didnt mean, and that she didnt want us to not talk again. Right before messaging me after NC she told my friend she missed me but was just tired of the seriousness of when we were together. Anyway we talk again and she texts me first, smiles at me alot, is flirty even, and she KNOWS I like her. Anyway, I ask her if she likes me and she denies all feelings. It ends with a very nasty argument that resulted in us not talking to each other for over one month and a half. Anyway, I apologized, and gradually D started talking to me more and more and even texting me first. Anyway, during this same time she's talking to some other guy who happened to be my friend. The prior argument was a result of this guy, and when we started talking again she exposed him to me and was telling me he was still trying to talk to her but would avoid her in person, etc. Anyway, whenever we talked about him or other guys she never admitted to even liking him. Whatever, during Winter Break we start talking a lot more, and she even started texting me first or whatever and we'd send snapchats back and forth. We'd tease and laugh at each other and she'd send me snapchats like 'You're ugly', 'You're not cute', or what have you and whatever. I had the impression she liked me. During the end of winter break she stopped contacting me for a period of around a week, which ended after she texted me. The very next day which was when class resumed again she texted me as well, and we ran into each other during study hall and she sat next to me and we talked... She was touching me, teasing me, smiling at me, etc. And I walked her to class even and we were laughing the whole time. Anyway that very same day I found out that during Winter Break she had madeout with the guy she 'supposedly' had thought she liked. And I confronted her about it. She basically admitted to kissing him, said she didnt regret it and then proceeded to say that I was stupid for thinking she liked me, that me getting mad at things like that was why she broke up with me in the first place, and that she was just being a good friend by texting me lol. By the end of the argument though, when I said I was disappointed in her for doing something with a guy she barely knew for a month, she proceeded to say "I thought you cared about me" "I hate you" "You only want to see me feel bad and cry and stress and feel horrible." "You're the most selfish and arrogant person I've ever met." etc. The funny thing is that ever since we started talking again she'd get mad at me for petty things I'd do, and even had the audacity to get mad and call me immature when I told her not to talk to me again after I found out what she did. I basically felt played even though we weren't going out. Since the guy was my friend, when we started talking again she exposed him to me and said he was still texting her behind my back. We talked about him a few weeks later and she agreed and said she didnt like him (Lol). After the argument, for a period of about a week she stared at me alot... It was awkward for me so I apologized for the immaturity and she smiled at me the next day... We even had a semi-awkward convo that day too, but still. I don't know whats going on. SHE KNOWS I like her. And I really dont want to do this whole thing a third time. Anyway basically I just want to know why she did this. Why would she talk to me and flirt with me while she was making out with another guy, then lose interest in him and all of a sudden start texting me and what-not a week later? Did she discover she still had feelings for me while she was kissing him? Are these unresolved feelings or something?
denxnis Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 (edited) Bro, this girl has you wrapped around her finger. You need to step up and become a man. This chick is fooling around with your best friend and you are still talking to her? Seriously, step up. Next time she tries to talk to you or sit next to you tell her to **** off and get on with your life. I know it's tough, you really like her and the fact that you can't have her makes you want her even more. Fact of the matter is this experience can either make you a stronger person or a weaker one, you get to choose. If you do what I recommended she will respect you and later on feel like **** for doing this to you. Edited January 22, 2013 by denxnis
HaveFaithxx Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 She totally believes that she can have her cake and eat it too. And you are letting her. I dont think though that you should tell her to F*** off or be mean to her even though that's what she deserves. That will only make her feel like she didn't miss out on anything and that you are a jerk and the ohter guy is better. You want the best revenge? Be friendly and nice to her, but show her you aren't interested. I have to see my ex everyday and it hurts like hell. He is so gorgeous, and is kind to everyone and smiles when he sees me, but doesn't talk to me. I feel like it's my loss. But if he was mean to me or something, I would feel like it's a good thing he broke up with me and I would be over him in a hearbeat. Read this article and follow it: Waging Revenge On Your Ex - AskMen But this girl reallly sounds emotionally immature, and is not worth your time. Tell us how it goes.
Author HeinekenCoC Posted January 22, 2013 Author Posted January 22, 2013 The thing is she does regret it. She has been completely ignoring the other guy, and even before I found out, right after they kissed she lost all interest. We werent together, and I think it was a heat of the moment thing. The odd thing to me is that she didn't say she liked him and why she would even try to expose him to me. I did tell her to screw off lol, and the whole staring thing was what followed. I just don't understand the contradictory stuff coming from her direction. You act like youre into me but you claim youre not?
