DJREMIX Posted August 23, 2004 Posted August 23, 2004 WELL, I HOPE SOME OF YOU CAN HELP ME OUT WITH MY SITUATION!! WELL, YOU SEE MY GIRLFRIEND BROKE UP WITH ME ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO!! I WAS THE ONE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BREAK UP WITH HER EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS THE LAST THING I WANTED TO DO!! BUT U SEE I CAUGHT ANOTHER GUY IN HER BED AND SHE LIED TO ME AT THE SAME TIME!! SO I MEAN I WAS REALLY REALLY DEPRESSED BECAUSE I KNEW IN MY HEART THAT I WAS GONIG TO BE WITH HER ALL OF MY LIFE SINCE WE WERE TOGETHER FOR OVER 2 AND HALF YEARS!! SO I TOLD SOME TIME 4 MYSELF AND I STARTED TO GO OUT WITH OTHER GIRLS BUT I DONT KNOW WHY BUT I REALLY MISS HER AND I THINK ABOUT HER ONCE IN A WHILE!! SO I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO THOUGH? SHE'S WITH THAT GUY STILL AND I REALLY WANT TO BE WITH HER AGAIN!! I MEAN WE BOTH MADE MISTAKES BUT I THINK EVERYBODY DOES IN RELATIONSHIPS BUT I WAS A GREAT BOYFRIEND TO HER AND SHE WOULD TELL U THAT!! I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, WAIT 4 HER OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT LIKE FIGHT 4 HER OR WHAT? SO PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!!THANX

Obviously she does not care enough about you to be faithful. She just flushed down the toilet those 2 years you had been together! If you really love her it would hurt you too much to forgive her. When someone you really love does something so horrible it's not easy to just move on. I say you just let her be with that other guy and you start off brand new. Most likely she's going to do what she did to you to this new guy!
Cupcake Posted August 24, 2004 Posted August 24, 2004 You really need to leave her alone. SHE is the one who screwed up. Ironicly, SHE is also the one who broke up with you. Don't wait for her. Move on with your life. If she appreciated the good man that you were, she will eventually regret losing you. And she may come back to you. But don't get your hopes up for that. Try to forget about her. My ex and I dated for a year and he cheated on me several times. When I found out about it, I broke up with him. And then he started seriously dating one of the women he'd cheated with. I was hurt; but I missed him. I wasn't fortunate enough to just move on to another guy because my feelings were still deep for my ex. It's been three months since we split. I've dated other men. But I don't love any of them. Yet my ex and his new girlfriend are making plans to get married and start a family. Since I haven't found anyone to replace my ex, I sometimes regret breaking up with him. I get lonely and think that I would have been better off just dealing with the infidelity, than being alone. I feel sad wondering why he cheated on me, but he doesn't cheat on her. I still hoped for the relationship with my ex, like he was just going through a phase, and I could just wait it out. But I have to ask myself, what would I truly be waiting for. Regardless of how good he's treating someone else, I have to face that fact that he never treated me that way. And I am certain that us getting back together is not going to make him treat me better than he did before. I realize that he never loved me as much as I loved him, because he moved on so quickly, and hasn't looked back for me. He never admited or apologized for cheating on me. He just said "whatever" and moved on. I don't want to go through that pain with him again. My life is better without him. And I believe that you are better off without your ex-girlfriend. Life is a circle. If my ex and your ex ever decide to become decent partners, someone will treat them the same way they treated us. We don't need them. So we shouldn't want them.
