My ex lied infront of my parents face, how should i confront him next time i see him

Well we are officialy over i broke up with him already because he cheated on me.... and i know he did i have proof . Any way that ******* is supposed to come pick up his fishes because i took care of them so he came yesterday and i wasnt home . My parents know the whole story already , but he came to my house sat down and lied to their face saying those girls were just "friends" and that they want to ruin his relationship and whatever....he lied his head off and he was extremely nervous .... he will be coming over to pick his fish tank up on tuesday evening so how should i give it to him? and i know hes gonna try and brain wash me what should i say???

I thought that he already picked up the fish? Or did he get distracted by all of the lying?

 

If he took the fish and all that's left is the fish tank, leave it on the front steps. Why not? He doesn't need to come in the house or speak to you or your family. If there are still fish in the tank and it needs to be left plugged in or inside or something - disappear when he comes to get it and have your parents accompany him in getting the fish. Your parents should understand that you don't want to speak to him, and they should also not be allowing him to explain things to them. They're doing you a disservice by listening to his bull****.
