Sugarkane Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Is this a good idea? I guess I don't want other women screwed over by the Aholes I've dated before. Because a lot of people have zero conscience these days. With all the talk of karma on here, I've never seen it in real life. E.g a poster on here who was cheated on and the ex quickly married someone else. Oddly the ex didn't seem to cheat and screw over the next person. Instead they had a happy ending but the poster didn't. Mainly I wish we could name serial Aholes and cheaters who deserve to he dateless.
Toddbt12y1 Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 I believe you can get in trouble for defaming. Um Not sure on that. You could anonymously.
Author Sugarkane Posted January 20, 2013 Author Posted January 20, 2013 Yet there's websites where guys upload naked pics of their cheating ex girlfriends. Why don't they get sued?
carhill Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 In the infidelity arena, there are already some spectacular web sites out there where names are named, addresses and phone numbers are given and even careers described. Generally, unless one wants to mount a lawsuit and can successfully prove monetary damages, it'll be tough to effectively sanction such 'revelations' monetarily, even if the revelations themselves are unproveable. However, most webmasters don't want the specter of potential litigation or problems with their providers, so will pull information rather than fight. Even if pulled, the information has floated around, been cached, downloaded, printed out, etc, etc, so it lives on. So, if you've an ex that just needs to be outed, find one of those web sites, or start your own, and vent away. Be aware that sword can cut both ways though, assuming the other person isn't dead
