We all know jealousy is unhealthy. Yet, do we all know what it's like to be in a relationship with a partner who is insanely jealous? It's awful, it breaks your spirit, your self esteem and isolates you.

Mine went as far as leaving my home, changing my phone number, deleting Facebook, Instagram and what not, quiting my job, losing all guy friends and most girlfriends, avoiding family in fear someone of the opposite sex may be there, afraid to look in the wrong direction, or look too nice when thier not around and being alone all the time. It is the loneliest way to live. Why do we stay? How do we walk away when we know we will be back tomorrow or that they will be there watching your every move? It is scary. How do you let go with out uprooting your life again? I want out so bad but I can't get away I just keep giving in and it gets worse every time. I need help, please.

Stop being codependent and get some boundaries.

Beautiful psalm, fits perfectly...

I do set boundaries it's like he doesn't care he keeps stepping over them and I know how dumb it is to stay; I kick myself for not being strong and moving on.

You're responsible for this, not him.

If you know there are avenues you could follow, and people you could rely on for help, and things you know would get you out - and you don't pursue them, then the responsibility for wat you put into this, is on your shoulders.

BLAME - Is proportional.

And if he's a controlling dominant bully, then he's to blame for the deterioration of this relationship.

But you both bear responsibility for the direction of this relationship - and you staying, is compliance and agreement.

By not getting the impetus to move and do something, you are essentially being co-dependent.

Ask yourself what you can do.

Reasonably. with some good return even if it means making an effort,

Then?

Do it.

once you get the ball rolling, it will become easier, and you'll wonder ehy you never found the nerve to do it earlier.

But you MUST give it that initial push.

Other people - your friends, family people who know you well - will have noticed the deterioration in your presence.

Time to give them reason.

Time to give you cause.

MOVE!!
