"its ok you dont have to worry anymore i wont text or keep asking you out anymore. from now on ill treat you like just like any other employee at work. i wont make it awkward or be mean to you at work. because if i keep talking to you its only gonna screw me in the head lol." i really like this girl but i wanna move on from her. let me know if i should add more to this.

You dont need to "tell" her you're doing it. What kind of response are you hoping for if you send that? That she's secretly in love with you too? Most likely you'll make her really uncomfortable, and that's not a fun work environment.

What she will be doing is throwing you breadcrumbs. It's all in the Guide. Every answer, to every desperate question. The No Contact Guide is probably the best thing you'll ever read. But you have to do it, or else it's not worth 'the paper it's printed on'. It's there for you. Use it.
