So here's my question, how do people just go up and randomly meet women? I know that is a really general question but its straight and too the point.

See, Im a student at a university and I've been single now for about 6 months after being in a relationship for the 4 years. So needless to say that in my first 4 years in school I wasn't trying to hit on girls or anything like that. I still went out and still did all the normal things that 18-22 year old guys did but I never tried to actively meet women. Now, it seems like all my previous skills from before have all flown out the window and never properly developed over the last 4 years from lack of use. I'm finally ready to move on and start dating again but I never seem to meet anybody new. I'm a senior and all my classes that I'm taking are all with the same 20-30 and we've had the same classes together for the last year, so it's not like ill randomly meet someone in class. I know people will say just go to the bar and such but to be honest as much fun as it can be to go to the bar I'm not that guy who drinks all the time and just parties his ass off. So, chances are any girl I meet at a bar wouldn't be the right type for me or just be a one night stand, which I can't do.

See to me, it just seems weird to stop someone that I don't even know and try to start a conversation with them out of the blue. I mean that has to be weird for her too, right? I mean so how do you actually meet these people, I'm involved in my school (I'm apart of 2 clubs on campus and I play lacrosse for my university) and its not like I just sit around and do nothing. It just seems to me that I'm always end up around the same people, whether its at the gym or in class.

I guess that's it really, if anybody has any advise I'd be glad to hear it because I feel that I'm just going in a circle at this point..
