mauilurve Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 In your opinion what is a reasonable amount of time per week to be spending alone with friends if you are in a long term relationship? What about time you and your SO spend together with friends?
will1988 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Generally, I spend one night out with my friends. From say 9ish, until I get home at 2ish. My GF seems fine with that. However, if I don't have a date night with her and instead hang out with my friends for a 2nd night, my gf becomes a bit clingy. Then again there are only two nights a week were we are both free (I work during the day and take night classes... she takes a morning class and sometimes works till late at night). So I'd say one night a week is fine, as long as you do one night with your gf. In my case my GF and my friends never really hang out together. All of my friends are single, so my gf would feel awkward if she was the only girl in a group of guys.
