Disillusioned Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 My best buddy (he recently divorced a narcissistic doctor) thinks my idea is so great that he wants to do it. I'm referring of course to "deadpan dating", which is kind of like speed dating, but it's for people who have laundry lists that they bring to the event with them. It's an opportunity for the picky singles that OLDSs don't want to deal with. Anyhow, when I told him about it, he didn't think it was funny at all... OTOH he wanted to go right out and start making money on it. He got really hyper in the process. I think he and I can make it work... but my buddy needs to slow down. I want to try hosting speed dating events for a sponsor company first.
