Comments over someone complimenting your wife. Are you flattered or jealous/offended?

I've been told my wife is pretty. She has a lovely smile and if you know how rosy your cheeks get when you've had a few drinks, well, she always has rosy cheeks naturally. Her personality also makes her that much sexier. I've been told numerous times and I don't take it for granted that's for sure.

 

Last year at a friend's wedding it was the first time we had really gone out since our son was born. He was 10 weeks old at this time. My wife was literally starting to fit into the clothes she wore before she was pregnant. A couple casual acquaintences of mine asked me how long since she had the baby and when I told them they said she looked really good and did not look like she had a baby. I was flattered. In fact, I always am flattered when my wife is complimented or told she is pretty, even by a guy.

 

So how do you feel if your partner either gets hit on or is told they are attractive either to you or them?

I would not want to date a man that I only I found attractive.

 

It's a compliment to me if people compliment him.

 

I did have an ex though who didn't really like other men telling me I was attractive. He explained it saying he felt flattered that other men found me attractive but he just doesn't like them saying it to me... He was a bit more on the jealous side though.
