Ginaa Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 If your bf in long distance says after you break up that, he thinks there can't be a real future for us, because he can't make me happy the way I deserve it. what does that really mean in guy talk ? or is it the truth ?
HeavenOrHell Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 He could be being truthful with you, people in LDR's can feel they can't give their partner what they need and deserve because LDR's lack a lot compared to local relationships, especially if they know their partner is finding it hard and missing them. Also if one or both has a lot of stress in their life with work or ill relatives etc then the added pressure of feeling you can't give enough to your partner can be too much/too stressful. It's hard for both people in the r/ship. Mine split up temporarily mostly for this reason. If your bf in long distance says after you break up that, he thinks there can't be a real future for us, because he can't make me happy the way I deserve it. what does that really mean in guy talk ? or is it the truth ? 1
meeji Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 It could also mean that he isn't in the mindset right now to think about relocating to where you are or going through the trouble of moving you to where he is--> the future. If your bf said that you, I am sorry. Its tough to deal with relationships in general and long distance ones are the worst. Good luck
justwhoiam Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 If your bf in long distance says after you break up that, he thinks there can't be a real future for us, because he can't make me happy the way I deserve it. what does that really mean in guy talk ? or is it the truth ? It means he wouldn't die for you... in other words, mild feeling for you. You can't do big things with it. And he's right. You probably deserve better. I'd have a hard time settling with someone having mild feelings for me.
