Ginaa Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Lets say if you had previous in your life fallen in love before, if you then later met someone who you think you are in love with again, surely that should eradicate the love from your past. If not would this suggest that you are not truly in love with the man of your present?
HitMeNow Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 That means you have problems picking ur partners or you could simply not keep the flame alive. It is not possible to fully love 2 people at the same time. It is not possible to fall in love with people without getting to know them deeply. Otherwise you should rather use the word crush. It is possible to keep yourself from falling in love, with other people while committed. This just means your logical mind has to keep you from getting to know people deeply. Last word. Don't forget that: The grass is always greener on the other side.

I think that's truly a matter of opinion. I have known people that have claimed to be in love with two people at the same time- and why would I argue with what someone says they have felt or experienced? I think it diminishes another's experience to tell them that what they are feeling isn't possible. Feelings are really relative to the person experiencing them.
Esoteric Elf Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Are you hinting that you can only love one person at once? Do you subscribe to the idea of soul mates?
