PLEASE HELP!!! Iam new here!! I need help in going up to females and talking to them.

Iam a very shy guy who is very lonely and i have not had a girlfriend in 2 years. I think its because iam scare of being turn down. But i need someone to tell me what is it that i need to do and not be shy? Where would be a good place to meet females?

Just get out there and meet ladies, it dosen't mean you must ask them out right away. Try onine dating, church, a group or club, business meeting ect. they are everywhere. be confident

 

Look at your self in the mirror everyday and say nice things about your self and smile, it seems goofy but it really works.

I pull my cheeks every morning and tell myself that i have the most puffed up cheeks, without them i think i'll be ugly even though i m fat. I'll give you a simple solution, walk upto a girl u like in a mall and tap her on her shoulders, she'll obviously turn around and tell her on her face, I like your cheeks and without asking pull them, see her reaction. trust me it works
