The key phrase there was she thinks you should meet more people. [cross posted with MrCastle] They're pretty much tag-alongs I believe because they're all from the same college and a bus takes them there. We'll probably end up splitting off to do our own thing once we meet and such.

So, I met her friends and everything was really light and we all had a great time. Really, this was a chance to get to know more about her - plus I got along with everyone so that's a plus too. While I'm still unsure whether or not this will progress further, I'm willing to give it my best shot. Worst case, she becomes a good friend. Only time will really tell I think. Again, my optimistic side.

We talked yesterday and she's going to be so busy with school (working + full time) she won't have much time to meet or really do anything. Well, and of course the whole "it's not you, it's me" and everything else. So...in a nutshell, you guys were right as usual. Since we weren't really close yet it doesn't suck as much as it could, but...it's difficult when someone says how awesome you are and that "you would make a good boyfriend" then get that. It doesn't make sense, but no sense trying to figure it out. Back to the drawing board I guess. I'm still talking to her since friends are always nice, but that's likely it.
