If I were you, then start sending her emails or letters. If she responds, then she has some liking for you. If she does not, then forget it. Don't visit her in person as it will do nothing for you to be put in jail. It will show her you are desperate and not in love. (apologies if you were being sarcastic and I didn't pick up on it) As for the ignoring her bit, I agree but he doesn't want to know. I think you are disturbed, your mental capabilites have been screwed with this experience but you are showing severe abandonent, co dependancy and borderline personallity issues. You are not well and need to seek help as this is serious now. I know where you are coming from but have gone no way as extreme as you, I deal with it on my own and a load of whisky, I have drunk a lake of whisky dry in the last 6 months, one day I hope this hell ends. I always looked after my ex, bought her daughter a special Xmas present and always brought my ex thoughtful gifts as I always gave from my heart. I went through harsh economic times but always loved this Woman. I was very feeling and got it thrown back as " needy " but you see it is about the love and being close that mean't everything to me.
