063rneb Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Does this usually mean "I don't want you to treat me as though I'm officially off the market," especially if you've both been interested since before they started dating, or "I hate you so much I won't even introduce him to you" when there is an obvious opportunity for introduction?

Whether she introduces him or not, she's off the market. Anything else is mind games and manipulation to boost her own ego. Stay away if you want to remain drama-free.
