Forever Learning Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I have done similar things during times of disagreement and it does help a lot. This saddeness is a little too much right now though. Hopefully it'll get easier soon. It will most definitely get easier. Try reading some books about breaking up, the first one that comes to mind is "It's A Break Up, Not A Break Down". Let me see if I can find more about that book.
