Shim_kattty Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 I began taking microgestin 1/20 in July & noticed an increase in my appetite. Usually you gain weight but for some reason, it seems like the more I eat, the more I lose. I have lost 23 lbs since September & have been eating more than I was eating before the pills. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't mind because I wanted to diet, but I just found it very strange.
