"ITs not your car, bub, im driving you, we listen to what i want!!!" He just doesn't have good taste in music....he listens to country. ew...if only really listened...its such an awesome CD, has anyone heard it yet ?

:bunny: : Perhaps you should turn the music off and talk about what's really bothering you.

I agree. How are you supposed to have a loving relationship with someone when you fight over what you're listening to on the radio? I guess you should take turns listening to what you like, and learn to compromise.Your boyfriend shouldn't have to compete with any type of music.

I listen to some pretty odd music, I've been told. When I'm driving in my car, I tend to listen to that music fairly loud as I enjoy it. My girlfriend finds my choice of music interesting, and even likes some of it. She is, however, partial to much softer tunes that remind me of sitting in the dentist's office.

If she asks to listen to one of her CDs, or something in particular on the radio, then I'll let her listen to it. I don't like everything she does, but some of the songs are enjoyable to me. I find that listening to what I want for part of the trip (going there), and then listening to what she wants (when we are returning from our destination) helps.

Besides, when we're in the car the music is not very loud, unless I am singing to her. Background music of any sort is good to talk to :)
