Broke up and kissed someone else but says he didnt sleep with her

My boyfriend & I had broken up for 4 months and recently have gotten back together. He had only kissed one girl a couple times and says nothing more. It had happened on the 4th month we were broken up. Two weeks after that had happened with that girl we reconnected again. Makes me feel better that it wasnt right after the break. I've never gotten back with an ex before, so why do i feel so hurt and affected by this? Hes never lied to me before and we have known eachother our whole lives. Ive never had doubt when he tells the truth. But why do i feel that now when he says he never slept with her? Do I believe him and forget about it? I understand we werent together so he was allowed to as was i. Any thoughts?

Let it go. There is no sense worrying about it. 1) You were broken up for 4 months...be glad it's only 1 girl that he kissed. 2) He's never lied to you and you have always trusted him. Either way it wouldn't matter because of being broken up. When you are broken up you no longer have any say in what he does.

 

Be glad that you have the opportunity to be together again(if that's what you really wanted). So what he kissed a girl when you weren't together and realized that it wasn't anywhere near as good as kissing you.

 

Put all of it in the past, there is nothing you can change and worrying wont do any good.
