SayonaraItsuka Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 So my friend asked me to tag along with him to keep him company while he hangs out with his crazy (the way he calls them) relatives. At first I was reluctant, but I'm sure glad I went! There was this one girl, (not his relative) that also tagged along as a friend with my friend's cousin. All night, I did feel like she was looking in my direction, as I caught her looking at me often from the corner of my eye. I exchanged a few looks myself a good number of times. Anyways, I eventually got to knowing her name, and to be honest, it wasn't easy talking to her, because I just felt so attracted to this girl that I started feeling nervous. She was really cool, although she is a bit older than I am. She just graduated college and I'm still a junior. Also, she's from out of town. The luckiest moment of the night was when I was asked to drop her off at her hotel. I got to talk to her alone for a little while, but all this time, I thought I was dropping her off at her car, instead it was to be in front of the hotel, so instead of asking her number, I asked for her facebook. She seemed ecstatic to give me her full name and thanked me and left. I don't know. A part of me feels lucky, and a part of me feels stupid to ask for her facebook instead of her number.

Well some people feel their facebook is more personal than their phone number. Because, now you are being seen by their friends and family. Then there is the fact that, if you look at their "about" you can see other contact information for them, such as their phone number or other IM services etc.
Author SayonaraItsuka Posted December 24, 2012 Author Posted December 24, 2012 That is very true. Thanks for that! But what about the age difference and the fact that she lives out of town? Could we make it work?
