There is no definitive answer, but I was at a bar with some friends. A girl I know was there, and while I was dancing with her friend she gets behind me and starts dancing on me. This happened a couple of times, at one point I'm sitting in a bar stool and she's running her fingers through my hair, feeling all over my chest arms and stomach. After that, she said she was holding herself back, she could get wilder. See I'm a shy guy, I don't get out much, she didn't want to overwhelm me I guess.

So my question, is she going to remember any of that? I want to ask her what she meant but she might not know what I'm talking about?

I'm actually kind of interested in her, and while the thought of her drunkenly doing something to me would be great. I kind of want to ask her out.

there are two possible scenarios.

One she really likes you but when she isnt drunk she is not able to approach, alcohol releases her inhibitions so she could feel more relaxed but she had one toooooo many and became too relaxed ie stoopid

she is stupid drunk, to the point where you make stupid mistakes and go with people you dont or wouldnt go with if you were sober.

I have existed on both sides of the spectrum.I havee a reserve when i am sober.Makes it almost impossible for me to approach, so unless I am really interested I just dont and if i do I have to kamikaze myself and take the risk scared or not

because I would rather do that and not know of what might be especially if i am green lights on what i find attractive...... but some women cant do this without a black russian under their belt or a b52 bomber

I remember once drinking one too many bloody marys....love tomato juice....I was legless, telling this guy i was interested in him while he held my long hair as I marvelled at the neon pink vomit and told him how i felt about him and his smile i could not stop spewing up, he couldnt stop laughing....He went out with me by the way.......he was a real gentleman...italian with an even stronger mother.awesome kisser..i am on memory lane here sorry tangent.....

the other is stupid drunk....i bordered on that in the example above but I knew him and I liked him....stupid drunk means regrets in the morning

If I were you I would ask her out anyway.

dont wait until she is drunk to see what type of drunk she is....and dont ever let her have too many bloody marys...i must admit though .I never got hang overs when i drank bloody marys and the neon pink vomit....its better than technicolour...no alcohol is much nicer though.so go the straight route its the only way you will know if she says yes straight she likes you ..deb

^^^ I second that.

And deb the reason you don't get hangovers with bloody marys or bloody marias or red beers is the tomato juices high antioxidants help work to clean the kidneys liver and blood.

It depends how drunk you are.

Ask her out. She might remember everything. Who knows? She might only remember bits and pieces of what happened the night before, but she probably remembers the general vibe of the night.

I like that you're not holding being drunk against her. :)

Word of caution: some people get touchy feely when drunk with people they don't necessarily want to date.

I thought I might call to check on her, just kind of ask if she remembers anything.

She's a cool person even when she's not feeling me up. I don't want to not get to hang out with her.

Also someone told me that I might be considered "fresh meat"

I'm shy and awkward so maybe the other friend was wanting to break me in so-to-speak

I like shy and awkward guys. I've never thought of them as fresh meat though! I find their shyness cute and I like that they aren't overtly perverted or pushy with me like some guys. Maybe this is why she liked you.

How about extra perverted pushy guys? I bet you'd remember this even after a drink or 5

I'm probably reading into it more than I should, probably just being a friend trying to help me open up.

And I have times I could be perverted but from the safety of being behind a computer or cell phone screen.

I guess I will bump this to the top.

I texted and asked how her New Year's was. We texted back and forth. I asked when she would want to hang out again. She said she might not be free again for awhile. then I said I had wondered if she would want to meet for lunch this weekend. She read the message but never replied? Should I read something into that, or is she probably just busy?
